Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping to all Australian addresses and $35 flat rate shipping international .
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
At Outstations we believe in our products and we back this with a returns policy which reflects this.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return any portion of it in its original condition for a full refund of the value of the products within 14 days of delivery. If you are returning goods this is done at your expense as the initial delivery to you was free.
